Anshul Krishn is a trial lawyer with a background in defending clients against government agencies, including the United States Department of Justice. As a member of Nesci & St. Louis, he represents individuals accused of DUIs, misdemeanors and felony offenses at courts in Tucson, Pima County and throughout Arizona.
Prior to joining Nesci & St. Louis, Mr. Krishn worked as an associate attorney at an immigration law firm in Orange County, California. Mr. Krishn was responsible for representing asylum applicants and detainees before federal judges at the Executive Office of Immigration Review. Mr. Krishn successfully represented clients at bond hearings throughout Southern California, before deciding that he wanted to pursue his true passion of defending those accused of crimes.
During law school, Mr. Krishn volunteered at Florida Coastal School of Law’s Immigrant Rights Clinic where he worked on asylum cases and on appeals to the Board of Immigration in detention cases. He also clerked at an Estate Planning firm in Orange County where he had the unique experience of being allowed to sit as second chair and assist in cross-examination prior to becoming licensed as an attorney.
While working at the Immigrant Rights Clinic, Mr. Krishn conducted Interpreter’s Training to teach new clinicians how to interact with clients using an interpreter.
Since joining Nesci & St. Louis, Mr. Krishn has focused on pretrial litigation and trial work in DUIs, misdemeanors and felonies in courts throughout Arizona. When not defending individuals accused of crimes, Mr. Krishn is an avid photographer.
